By using Continuly you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

1. What Continuly is

A shared household hub for tracking items, warranties, service dates, tradespeople and manuals. It is not legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to upload.
• Don't attempt to store full card numbers, bank details, or government IDs — we actively block these.
• Don't try to breach our security controls.

4. Households

Everything you add belongs to your household. Household owners can invite and remove members. Members can leave at any time.

5. Fees

Continuly is free while in early access. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you clearly before charging.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee an uninterrupted service.

7. Liability

Provided "as is". We're not liable for loss caused by information you entered yourself. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from Settings. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days.
